Journey Into The Heart Of God

Psalm 42:1
As the deer pants for the water brooks,
So pants my soul for You, O God.”

Before your mother had thoughts of you, your Heavenly Father was preparing a wonderful “journey of life” for you to experience and enjoy. (Psalm 139) He was creating and designing great plans for you as He formed you in your mother’s womb. He watched over you and protected you awaiting your birth. He was thinking about the times when you would walk together in the cool of the day sharing life. A journey of love beautifully orchestrated with the hopes and dreams of a relationship with you His bride. This walk was created as a journey into His very heart. It is wonderful life long quest to KNOW HIM and to share it together, hand in Hand. “Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the Nations, I will be exalted in the earth.” (Psalm 46:10)

Your journey was designed as a relationship with Jesus just as Moses experienced. “So the Lord spoke to Moses face to face, as a man speaks to his friend.” (Exodus 33:11) He loves you with an everlasting love and waits to lavish His love upon you. His greatest desire is that you will love Him with all your heart and all you soul in return. Waiting with open arms to hold and love you. Planning blessings and prosperity for your life as you journey together as life long treasured friends.

It is a journey of seeking the beauty of the Lord, “One thing I have desired of the Lord, that I will seek; That I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the Lord and to inquire in His Temple.” (Psalm 27:4) He waits at your hearts door to share His beauty and majesty. Treasures await you. As you praise and worship Him in total abandonment, His angels come to earth to surround and wrap you in His beautiful garment. It is in this place that you receive true joy, His strength.

Experiencing the closeness of God is incomparable with anything else I have ever dreamed or imagined. He is true to His word when He said, “Draw close to God and He will draw close to you.” (James 4:7) He is indescribable and uncontainable and yet He wants a close relationship with me and with you! The Omnipotent (all powerful), Omniscient (all knowing), Omnipresent (all present) God of the universe is waiting to enjoy and share each day with you….and with me!

Your quest to know Him is an exciting adventure! Once you enter in you will soon realize another adventure awaits! There is always MORE. Your Finite mind cannot even imagine or think of How Great He Is and His plans for you. But oh my dear friend, this journey into His Heart is absolutely amazing and full. It is truly an adventure of a lifetime. It is His greatest pleasure to pour Himself out upon you. Taking you from glory to glory, enlarging your tent as you open yourself up to Him one moment at a time.

No matter where you are in your “Journey Into The Heart Of God”, we ask you today to jump into the river with us and go deeper! “Deep calls unto deep at the noise of Your waterfalls; all Your waves and billows have gone over me. The Lord will command His loving kindness in the daytime and in the night His song shall be with me-A prayer to the God of my life.” (Psalm 42:7) Remember, no matter how much of God you have, there’s always more!!! And you can have all of Him you want!

Psalm 63

A Psalm of David when he was in the wilderness of Judah.

1 O God, You are my God;
         Early will I seek You;
         My soul thirsts for You;
         My flesh longs for You
         In a dry and thirsty land
         Where there is no water.
2 So I have looked for You in the sanctuary,
         To see Your power and Your glory.

3 Because Your lovingkindness is better than life,
         My lips shall praise You.
4 Thus I will bless You while I live;
         I will lift up my hands in Your name.
5 My soul shall be satisfied as with marrow and fatness,
         And my mouth shall praise You with joyful lips.

6 When I remember You on my bed,
         I meditate on You in the night watches.
7 Because You have been my help,
         Therefore in the shadow of Your wings I will rejoice.
8 My soul follows close behind You;
         Your right hand upholds me.

Pray with us:

Jesus I desire an intimate relationship with You that is deeper than I have ever experienced. Increase the hunger You have placed within me. Enlarge my heart to know You and Your destiny for my life. I am stepping out in faith right now believing for more of You. My heart is open to receive more. In Jesus’ Name, Amen
